Description

The Front Range Gun Dog Gift Card makes the perfect gift for any occasion.  This gift card can be emailed to the recipient immediately upon purchase by the gifter, scheduled delivery via email for a specific day such as Christmas Day or a Birthday, or it can be printed by the gifter and physically presented to the recipient.

An email sent to the recipient will include the PDF Gift Card and a direct link to Front Range Gun Dog via the “REDEEM NOW” button.  To redeem the Gift Card, the recipient simply enters their unique Gift Card number, example 1234-WXYZ-5678-ABCD, into the Gift Cart Field during the checkout process to apply their gifted funds towards their order total.  If the order total is less than the available funds on the gift card, the balance will remain on the Gift Card and can be viewed on the Check Gift Card Balance Page by entering the Gift Card number in the Check Balance Field.  If the order total exceeds the funding on the gift card, you can supplement the payment with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card to complete the transaction.

The sender of the Gift Card has the option to print a physical Gift Card to present to the recipient.  By default, Gift Cards are delivered to both the purchaser’s email and the recipient’s email within minutes of completing the order.  If you don’t want the recipient to receive an email Gift Card, and instead want to present a physical Gift Card, enter the senders email in the recipient email field.  After your purchase is completed, go to your Gift Card email sent from Front Range Gun Dog and click on the “view or print your gift card” link to print a physical Gift Card.

How Does It Work?

• Select the gift card amount from the drop down menu

-While we have designated dollar amounts in the drop down menu, you are also able to choose a custom amount to apply to the Gift Card by selecting “OTHER AMOUNT”.

-If you have a specific gift in mind and know the total cost, you can select the “OTHER AMOUNT” from the drop down menu and enter the specific amount.  You can also use this feature if the amount you want to gift is not designated.

• Type in the email of the recipient of the Gift Card in the “TO” field.

-If you are sending the Gift card to multiple people, use a comma to separate their email adresses.

-If you do not want the recipient to receive an email Gift Card and instead want to present the physical Gift Card in person, enter the senders email in the recipient email field.

• Type in your name in the “FROM” field
• Optional Message in the MESSAGE” Field
• Delivery Date

-You can set this date for a birthday or a specific Holiday and the Gift Card will arrive via email on that day to the email or emails designated in the “TO” field.  You can also set it to NOW to have it delivered immediately.

• Design

-Choose a specific email template to represent the occasion.

• Preview

-By selecting a specific design and then clicking on preview, you will see an example of the PDF emailed to the recipient.  Note that the Gift Card number in the preview is not valid and generic for this purpose.

-Once you are satisfied, add the Gift Card to the cart.

Gift Card FAQs

• Gift Cards have no expiration date.
• Gift Cards are delivered via email as a PDF document.
• PDF is an abbreviation that stands for Portable Document Format. It’s a versatile file format created by Adobe that gives people an easy, reliable way to present and exchange documents – regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document.
• Gift Cards are delivered to both the purchaser’s email and the recipient’s email within minutes of completing the order.
• The purchaser is able to print the PDF Gift Card and present a physical Gift Card to the recipient.
• Gift Cards are usually delivered without any problems. However, an invalid email address, or a spam filter can prevent the Gift Card from reaching the recipient. In order to be certain that a Gift Card has been received, please check with the recipient.
• To ensure delivery of the Gift Card, please have recipient add sales@frontrangegundog.com to their contact list.
• Gift Card amounts are in US Funds only and can be used to purchase any items for sale at Front Range Gun Dog.
• If your order total exceeds the funding on the gift card, you can supplement the payment with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card to complete the transaction.

If a customer redeems a gift card on an order that is cancelled or refunded, the gift card balance will return to the card. This is also true for mixed payment orders where the gift card is only part of the payment. The gift card amount is returned to the gift card and the other amount is returned to the other payment method.
